Hip Hinge – Weekly Challenge 004
Here it is everyone, weekly challenge #4! We’re focusing our attention on the lower back and core region. To be more specific, we are activating the hip flexors, psoas, and iliacus to name a few. This week’s routine consists of 2 exercises. Can you crush this challenge?
Hip Hinge Challenge
The main objective from this session is to strengthen your lower back and core. As always, use controlled and deliberate movement throughout. Drink plenty of water, and ensure to adequately stretch and warm up before and after this routine. This routine should be repeated up to 5 times. Get your sweat on!
