Cardio – Weekly Challenge 002
Our main target here is to keep you moving dynamically in several planes of motion while giving your overall cardiovascular system a great, 4-exercise workout. As always, we’re including visuals and instructions for an effective bout of training. Please remember to stretch and warm up adequately. Also, don’t forget to drink plenty of water AND, if you don’t exercise regularly or are getting back to exercising after a long break, please consult your physician before engaging in any exercise program.
